Today I had a very successful sinus lift surgery.  We use the new Zimmer internal sinus lift kit.  We had 7 mm of native bone and were able to raise the sinus floor 6mm.  The successful sinus lift alllowed us to place a 13mm dental implant.  The new technique is very atraumatic compared to how we used to do a sinus lift with a mallet and osteotomes.  The new kit is a great addition!
