Registered Dental Hygienists
Our Registered Dental Hygienists provide a range of preventive and maintenance oral hygiene care. They are gentle, thorough, and take time to educate each patient about their unique dental health, as well as nutrition, and establishing healthy home care routines. Our Hygienists are thrilled when they see a clean, bright, and healthy smile at a recall visit!

Sheri
Sheri started in the dental field in 1999 and joined us in 2018. She enjoys meeting families, watching children grow up, and helping everyone have a healthy and clean smile.
Sheri and her husband Nick have two young children who keep them on the go.

Michelle
Michelle started in the dental field in 2002 and joined Eagle Family Dental Center in 2012. She likes getting to know each patient on a personal level and helping people keep or reach optimal oral health. Michelle appreciates being part of an office team that feels like an extended family.Michelle is originally from Indiana and loves living in the PNW. When not working, she likes spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, hiking, and being with her dogs.

Jessie
Jessie has a BA in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior and qualifications in Dental Assisting and Hygiene. She started working in dentistry in 2012 and joined us in 2022. Her job involves inspiring people to take care of their oral health and providing a friendly atmosphere for them to do so. The favorite part of her job is creating and maintaining relationships with people in the community. She loves being a part of the helpful, caring, and kind Eagle team.
Jessie comes from a big Italian-American family and is the oldest of four kids and 13 grandkids. She loves visiting Disneyland and Hawaii. Paulie, Nino, and Lorenzo are her three cats.

Mollie
Mollie graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and joined Eagle Family Dental Center in 2023, the same year she entered the field of dentistry. She wanted to learn more about teeth and oral health since having braces and retainers as a kid. She considers meeting new people and providing personalized care and education on oral health to each patient as the best part of her job.
She has loved Eagle Family Dental ever since visiting our office for dental care as a kid and loves working here with the kind, caring, and helpful team. “We all work together to get the job done and provide patients the care they needs,” she says.
Mollie loves spending her free time with friends and family, her boyfriend Malik, and her German Shepherd/ Blue Heeler mix named Kai. She also loves reading and listening to music and is a die-hard Mariners fan.

Imani
Imani joined Eagle Family Dental in 2025 and has been working in dentistry for two years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University.
Her favorite part of being a hygienist is working closely with patients and building lasting connections. Because she spends so much time with her patients, she is able to build strong rapport and follow their progress from appointment to appointment. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see patients improve and become more engaged in their oral health.

Outside of the office, Imani enjoys staying active at the gym or playing friendly games with friends and family. She also loves reading, going to concerts with her best friend, discovering new recipes, and having dance parties with her nephew.
Deeply committed to her community, Imani serves as a board member for a nonprofit organization that connects and supports members of Snohomish County. As an Arlington High School alumna, she is excited to be working in and giving back to the same community where she grew up.

Lauren
Lauren has seven years of experience in dentistry, having launched herself into the field as a Dental Assistant in 2016. She knew immediately that hygiene was what she wanted to do. She followed Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTECH) courses in 2016 and 2021 and joined the Eagle team in April 2023.
She loves helping patients understand how oral health affects their whole body and health and instructing them on becoming their best selves in relation to oral health. She enjoys hearing patients describe their families and personal experiences. She is thrilled about working with the Eagle team members due to their caring, supportive nature and how they all work together to provide the best care to patients. Team celebrations are another aspect she enjoys.
Lauren grew up in Northern Ohio and moved to Washington State in 2011. She lives in Snohomish with her husband, three dogs, and cat. Her hobbies include camping, gardening, fishing, and paddle-boarding.

Gina
Gina attended dental hygiene school in Sacramento, CA, and is a certified trainer for a dental compliance company. She teaches infection control, OSHA, WISHA, and HIPAA. She has been in dentistry since 1994 and joined Eagle in 2022. Gina enjoys building friendships with patients and providing them with the highest possible level of care. She considers herself fortunate to work in an amazing, state-of-the-art dental office like Eagle. She explains, “It has the nicest group of people to work with; it is like being with family. We enjoy our hours together. The doctors are exceptional, and the quality of dentistry is high.”
Gina lives with Mike, her husband of 31 years, in Arlington and has two awesome sons. She loves CrossFit, gardening, and riding side-by-sides with Mike.
Registered Dental Assistants

Our Registered Dental Assistants work closely with our doctors and hygienists, providing patient care and support. In addition to sterilization and setup, they seat and prepare patients for procedures, making sure the person is comfortable in the chair. Our Dental Assistants work chairside, assist with procedures, talk with patients about the treatment, and provide post-op information, too. They enjoy educating people about dental health and strive to make every visit painless and worry-free. If you ever need anything during a procedure, let them know!

April
April joined Eagle Family Dental in 2016, having started in the field in 1991. She enjoys getting to know her patients and the diversity of procedures offered at Eagle Family Dental. She is happy to be part of a practice that helps people love their smiles.
April has been married to her high school sweetheart and best friend since 1993 and has two children. Time away from work, she enjoys being with her family, hiking in the Pacific Northwest mountains, camping, riding her spin bike and baking.

Shelby
Shelby entered the dental field by joining Eagle Family Dental Center in March 2022 after completing dental assisting school in 2021. She believes in continuous learning and training. Her job involves helping the doctors during treatments and restorative procedures. What she enjoys most about her work is meeting new people and helping provide great dental experiences for patients. She loves the Eagle team as they all work well together in an atmosphere that feels like family.
Shelby cites baking, playing video games, and spending time with her family as her favorite leisure activities.

Mallory
Mallory graduated from the Dental Assistant program at PIMA in 2018, where she gained a strong foundation in patient care and dental procedures. After completing her externship in a periodontal office, she transitioned to working in a general dentistry practice, focusing heavily on assisting with wisdom teeth extractions. Mallory has a passion for helping patients, especially those with dental anxiety, and strives to make each visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
She loves hearing patients’ stories and finds joy in turning potentially nerve-wracking appointments into more relaxed and positive experiences. Mallory is excited to continue building relationships with both her patients and her team at Eagle Family Dental.
In her personal life, Mallory is a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband have two wonderful children, Thomas and Hadli, as well as two horses and a dog. Outside of work, you can often find her traveling across the state for barrel races or spending time with her family exploring new places.

Amber
Amber is a Registered Dental Assistant with six years of experience. She attended Everest College and has worked in both multi-specialty and private practice. She is devoted to providing a comfortable environment and ensuring exemplary care at all times.
Amber enjoys dentistry because of the procedural steps involved that produce positive results. According to Amber, “happy patients make my day.” She enjoys working at Eagle Family Dental Center because her teammates work well together, they are friendly, and they are compassionate.
Amber and her husband have been married for eight years and have three children together. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, and hanging out by the river during her free time.

Nichole
Nichole is a Certified Dental Assistant with six years of experience in the dental field. In 2016, she completed dental assisting school in Astoria, Oregon, and is also certified in radiology and infection control.
Nichole enjoys being a dental assistant because she enjoys helping to restore a patient’s smile one mouth at a time. She enjoys working with the team at Eagle Family Dental Center because “everyone is a team player and we all go above and beyond to help each other.”
Nichole has a two-year-old child as well as a bonus child. She enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and riding quads and dirt bikes in her spare time.

Kendall
Kendall began in the dental field in 2016 and joined our team in April 2023. She has an Associate’s Degree from LWTECH. She is in charge of the sterilization of instruments in our office and assists the doctors and assistants where needed. She loves getting to know patients and their families and providing excellent care, resulting in healthy, happy smiles. She appreciates the care provided by the Eagle Family doctors and working closely with a great team that feels like a second family.
Kendall likes to hang out with the family, go shopping, practice diamond art, and have coffee with friends when not working.

Hailey
Hailey began her career in dentistry in 2019 and has been passionate about the field ever since. As a dental assistant, she loves interacting with patients and providing excellent care to make each visit a positive experience.
Her favorite part of dentistry is helping patients gain confidence through their dental work. For Hailey, seeing a patient leave with a healthier, more confident smile is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.

Lily
Lily joined Eagle Family Dental after gaining experience at a pediatric dental office. She loves making a difference in people’s lives and finds fulfillment in helping others. One of her favorite aspects of working at Eagle Family Dental is the teamwork—she enjoys how everyone collaborates to get things done efficiently while keeping patients comfortable and cared for.
Outside the office, Lily is a devoted mom to her daughter and the proud owner of four energetic dogs. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring nature or simply enjoying fresh air with her family. In addition to her dental expertise, Lily is also a licensed esthetician, bringing a passion for both health and beauty to everything she does.
Front Office Staff

The Eagle Family Dental Center front office staff handles all customer service matters. They are happy to answer questions, find appointment times that work with your busy life, assist with paperwork, and troubleshoot any concerns. With their warm smiles, they ensure you feel welcome and at home in our practice!

Christa – Office Manager
Christa has been in the dental field since 1992. Christa was a dental assistant for 12 years before moving into the front office. She has worked in the front since 2004. Christa came from an office management position in Oral Surgery and now is the office manager and Eagle Family Dental.
Christa loves that dentistry can have such a positive impact on someone’s smile. She loves working at Eagle Family Dental because of the excellent care provided by our doctors and staff. Each team member goes above and beyond for our patients.
Christa and her husband, Al, have been married for over 30 years. She has two grown sons that she loves to spend time with. Christa enjoys cooking, gardening and entertaining.

Carissa – Patient Care Coordinator
Carissa handles our front desk duties. She joined our team in 2021 and has been in the dental field since 2007. Each day, Carissa welcomes patients into the office, helps to explain and verify their insurance, while making sure that the doctor’s schedule is full.
Carissa enjoys meeting new patients, helping them to understand their benefits, and connecting with people on a personal level. She loves working at Eagle Family Dental because we treat everyone like family.
When she’s not at work, Carissa is usually spending time with her family. She is a mom of three boys, and loves to share activities with them and her husband of more than 11 years.

Danielle – Patient Care Coordinator
Ever since she was little, Danielle has enjoyed the dentist. She loves working with numbers and being able to make a difference in each patient’s life. Danielle enjoys making people feel more comfortable making decisions and helping them to understand their dental benefits. It makes her happy to see how our team can impact someone’s life in a positive way at Eagle Family Dental Center.
Danielle has 2 children and, in her free time, enjoys crafting during the cold winter. When the weather is nice, they love outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and swimming with friends and family.

Alejandra – Patient Care Coordinator
Alejandra entered the dental field in 2017 and joined our team in 2023. She has taken online dental classes and has attended the premier event, Pacific Northwest Dental Conference, many times. She loves educating patients about their treatments and changing their perceptions about a dental office being a scary place.
Alejandra moved to Arlington from Lynnwood in 2019. When not working, she loves exploring Arlington with her boyfriend. They love morning walks and spending time with their families. She is a cat mom.

Elizabeth – Patient Care Coordinator
Elizabeth began her career in dentistry in 2017, inspired by her aunt, who was a dental hygienist. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their dream smiles while keeping their budgets in mind, ensuring they feel more confident. Elizabeth loves working with the compassionate team of doctors and staff at Eagle Family Dental. In her free time, she enjoys assisting her fiancé with his project cars, taking her dog Kado on long walks, and indulging in her hobby of doing nails.

Kim – Financial Coordinator
Kim’s career in the dental field began in 1985, and she became a valued member of Eagle Family Dental in 1990. Initially serving as a dental assistant, Kim transitioned to the role of Patient Care Coordinator this year, where she now greets patients at the front desk of our dental office.
Kim’s passion for dentistry is matched by her commitment to patient care. She excels in building lasting relationships with patients, providing support and encouragement to help them overcome their dental fears. Her empathetic and attentive approach makes her an indispensable part of our office.
Outside of her professional life, Kim enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two grown children. Together, they engage in various outdoor activities, including camping, fishing, and hunting. Kim’s love for nature and adventure enriches her life and brings a balanced perspective to her work in the dental field.
