Registered Dental Hygienists
Lydia, Sheri, Susan, Michelle
Our Registered Dental Hygienists provide a range of preventive and maintenance oral hygiene care. They are gentle, thorough, and take time to educate each patient about their unique dental health, as well as nutrition, and establishing healthy home care routines. Our Hygienists are thrilled when they see a clean, bright, and healthy smile at a recall visit!
Lydia joined Eagle Family Dental Center in 2018, having started in the field in 2013. She enjoys getting to know each of her patients and helping them achieve and keep clean and healthy smiles. Lydia likes working with doctors and a team that really care about patient health and happiness.
Lydia keeps busy outside of the office. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, doing crafts, hula hooping, being with her family and friends, and spoiling her kitty. She enjoys many volunteer activities, too, both locally and internationally.
Sheri started in the dental field in 1999 and joined us in 2018. She enjoys meeting families, watching children grow up, and helping everyone have a healthy and clean smile. In addition to providing dental hygiene care at the office, she also heads the Eagle Family Dental Center dental education program in the Arlington Elementary Schools.
Sheri and her husband Nick have two young children who keep them on the go.
Susan has been part of our practice since 1988 and has worked in the dental field since 1983. She enjoys working one-to-one with patients, developing relationships, and caring for the whole person, beyond their dental health. Susan is glad to be part of a practice and team that treat patients well and deliver excellent dentistry.
Susan and her husband Steve have two grown children. They enjoy traveling and love volunteering with their church which builds houses as part of mission trips in Mexico.
Michelle started in the dental field in 2002 and joined Eagle Family Dental Center in 2012. She likes getting to know each patient on a personal level and helping people keep or reach optimal oral health. Michelle appreciates being part of an office team that feels like an extended family.
Michelle is originally from Indiana and loves living in the PNW. When not working, she likes spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, hiking, and being with her dogs.
Registered Dental Assistants
Debbie, Kim, April, Kerri, Tracy
Our Registered Dental Assistants work closely with our doctors and hygienists, providing patient care and support. In addition to sterilization and setup, they seat and prepare patients for procedures, making sure the person is comfortable in the chair. Our Dental Assistants work chairside, assist with procedures, talk with patients about the treatment, and provide post-op information, too. They enjoy educating people about dental health and strive to make every visit painless and worry-free. If you ever need anything during a procedure, let them know!
Debbie has been with us since 1979. She values the connections she’s made with our patient family over the years and is happy to be part of a practice that provides high-quality dentistry in a gentle, caring environment.
Debbie and her husband Larry have three grown children and several grandchildren. When she’s not caring for patients here, Debbie enjoys volunteering with Medical Teams International, proving free dentistry to the underserved. She also likes antiquing, community service, and tiem with her grandchildren.
Kim started in the dental field in 1985 and joined our team in 1990. In addition to her dental assistant responsibilities, she also oversees our inventory and orders supplies. She loves building relationships with patients and helping people overcome their fears.
Kim and her husband have two grown children. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities.
April joined Eagle Family Dental Care in 2016, having started in the field in 1991. She enjoys patient interaction, the diversity of procedures and personalities, and being part of a practice that helps people love their smiles.
April and her high school sweetheart have been married for 25 years and have two adult children. Time away from work, for April, is usually spent with family and friends. She enjoys camping, sports events, and walking her dogs, too.
Kerri started in the dental field in 1993 and joined our practice in 2016. She likes providing the best care experience and interactions with patients. Kerri especially appreciates that our doctors are constantly learning and share that knowledge with the team, improving all aspects of patient care.
Kerri and her high school sweetheart have been married for over 20 years. The couple has three growing kids who play soccer, volleyball, and baseball, so the family is kept busy. Kerri loves family camping trips and being with friends.
Tracy has been part of Eagle Family Dental Center since 1999. She enjoys meeting new people, building a rapport with them, and helping patients feel healthier and happier by providing great dentistry. She appreciates working in a family-oriented atmosphere and being part of a team that feels like family.
Tracy has three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and listening to live music.
Front Office Staff
Monica, Tammy, Robyn
The Eagle Family Dental Center front office staff handles all customer service matters. They are happy to answer questions, find appointment times that work with your busy life, assist with paperwork, and troubleshoot any concerns. With their warm smiles, they ensure you feel welcome and at home in our practice!
Monica – Treatment Coordinator
Monica joined Eagle Family Dental Center in 2016, having started in the field in 1991. She helps patients understand their dental insurance benefits and our financial policies. Working with each patient, she schedules their treatment and keeps everyone on track to complete their treatment plan for their strongest dental health.
Monica and her husband have been married for over 25 years. The couple has three adult children and enjoys time with family and friends. Monica loves hiking the mountains, resting by water, and taking in the sounds of nature. She creates stained glass art, as well.
Tammy – Financial Coordinator
Tammy has been with our practice since 2000, starting as a patient coordinator and then transitioning to financial coordinator. She works closely with patients to help them understand their insurance benefits and is the go-to person to answer any account-related questions.
Tammy and her husband Benny have been married over 30 years. They have two married daughters and five grandchildren. Supporting their grandchildren’s sporting events and other extracurricular activities keep the family busy. When she has time, Tammy enjoys gardening and shopping excursions.
Robyn – Front Office Scheduler
Robyn started in the dental field in 1992 and joined our team in 2013. Working at the front desk she welcomes and checks in patients, updates their records, answers the phones, and schedules visits.
Robyn and her husband Kelly have four children and one grandchild with two more on the way. She loves spending her free time with her growing family.
