Dental Hygienists
Karen
Karen has worked at Eagle Family Dental and has been a dental hygienist since 1993. She has an associate’s degree in Applied Science from Shoreline Community college. Karen enjoys working closely with other wonderful staff and patients to achieve improved oral health through outstanding dentistry. This is why Karen finds Dental Hygiene to be a rewarding career. She has a gentle touch and works hard to educate patients about their oral health. Karen has two children. According to Karen ‘work’ is her favorite hobby! But when she is not working, her outside activities include riding her bike, skiing, hiking, and traveling.
Susan
Susan has been a Registered Dental Hygienist at Eagle Family Dental for 23 years. She earned her B.S. in Dental Hygiene at Eastern Washington University and has been in the dental field since 1983. Susan particularly enjoys meeting the fun new patients she treats and the opportunity to help others become healthier and more educated about their health. She considers the doctors at Eagle Family Dental to be very knowledgeable in their field and good at making the work day stress free and fun! Susan feels rewarded as a dental hygienist when she is able to educate her patients on periodontal (gum) disease and then see her patients return with healthy, beautiful gums. Susan and her husband, Steve, have 2 children. Activities Susan enjoys outside of work include: camping, vacationing with her family and involving herself with church activities.
Robin
Robin has worked at Eagle Family Dental as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2000. She has an A.A.S in dental hygiene and a B.S. in microbiology. Robin enjoys working with the highly skilled and knowledgeable staff at Eagle Family Dental. She also enjoys getting to know our wonderful patients as she helps them maintain their oral health over a period of years. Educating patients in helping themselves maintain their healthy smiles is also of great interest to Robin. Robin and her husband, Jason, have 2 children. Outside of the office Robin is involved in the Wash. St. Dental Hygiene Association, where her main interest is to bring dentistry and good prevention habits to kids who otherwise cannot afford dental care. She also loves to travel, go to theater, and spend time with her awesome family.
