I love helping people achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. My favorite thing to do is provide dentistry that exceeds a patient’s expectations. It is very rewarding to be able to meet and treat so many different people.
Education and Continuing Education
To become a dentist, I attained the following degrees of education:
- Washington State University, BS in Zoology, 1998
- University of Washington, DDS, 2003
To provide my patients with the most advanced treatment and techniques, I continuously attend advanced education courses. I am a member of the Inland Empire Perio Study Club which has given me extensive hands-on training with implants, bone grafting, and soft tissue procedures. My memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and American Dental Association have also provided some excellent courses in cosmetic dental procedures and techniques.
In the Practice
I find it really rewarding to help people achieve optimal dental health and help them achieve a smile they always wanted. Our team takes a preventative approach and enjoys helping our patients achieve optimal dental health. Each patient is very special to us. I love meeting new people and hearing about everyone's different life experiences.
We want to provide our patients with a truly relaxing dental experience. Outside of our operatory windows, we have a wetland with bird feeders. It is relaxing and fun to see the different birds and animals that decide to come and visit. Our team also likes to do things for our community both inside and outside our office. Our practice is involved with Relay for Life, and we have several team members that volunteer their time to charity dental care.
I have lived in Arlington the majority of my life, and truly love serving the families here. My wife, Heidi, and I have a six-year-old daughter, Emily, a four-year old son Eric, and a two-year old son, Blake. In my spare time, I enjoy water skiing, snow skiing, mountain biking, and road biking. I love keeping active, and when I went to the University of Idaho, I played linebacker for their football team! I also like to fish, and I enjoy most water activities. Most of all though, I love playing with the kids and our dogs in the yard!
